At the 2026 Kohl's Western Spring Showcase, Reding Pruett demonstrated consistent mechanics and execution during charting, scoring 107.1 points in punts. His best ball traveled 54 yards and hung for 4.4 seconds. He has been working on sitting back and using his levers more to his advantage and he had an excellent showing at camp. Pruett has shown steady improvement in his punting skills, highlighted by a strong performance at the 2026 Kohl's Texas Spring Ranking Event, where he scored 99.2 points with a top punt of 53 yards and 3.95 seconds of hang time. He also excelled at the 2026 Kohl's Underclassman Challenge, earning an overall score of 97.2, which included another 53-yard punt with 4.3 seconds of hang time. Earlier, he achieved 99.8 points at the 2025 Kohl's Western Winter Showcase, with a top punt of 50 yards and 3.8 seconds of hang time, showcasing his confidence and quick hands. His technique and disciplined approach position him well as he develops into a college prospect.
