Kohl's Kicking National Player of the Week
The Kohl's staff wants to recognize Kohl's kicking, punting, and long snapping prospects across the country for their outstanding performances each week during the 2024-2025 high school football season.
Hear first hand from NFL players, parents, and coaches on how the Kohl's staff has helped them in their process to becoming the best that they can be.
"Jamie Kohl and his staff have truly helped thousands of guys find college and NFL homes over the last 20 years. His contacts are legitimate and his coaching philosophies match up with what I hold to be true. I am proud to represent Kohl's camps!"
Thomas Morstead JETS
“You come here and you get better with some of the best people in the country. They want you to succeed in every facet, whether that’s football, or life in general.”
Dustin Hopkins BROWNS
"The Kohl's organization is awesome, with a lot of professional players as instructors.
They really helped me out a lot. I picked up a lot of tips and pointers about snapping."
Joe Cardona PATRIOTS
" I started working with Jamie Kohl in college. He's respected by pretty much every team in the NFL.
You know, coaches call him and if he's got good things to say about you you're setting yourself up nicely.
He's helped me tremendously."
Wil Lutz BRONCOS
"Elite kickers and punters are part of an informal fraternity, built on a camaraderie that begins all the way back in high school. Unlike position players, who spend their time at camps put on by the teams recruiting them heavily, there’s only one camp that really matters for kickers and punters. Nearly every elite kicker begins his career at Kohl’s Kicking Camps, headed by Jamie Kohl and held all over the country. Thomas Morstead, the Saints’ veteran punter, spends parts of every offseason as a team leader at those camps."
The New Orleans Advocate
On now NFL Prospect Jake Elliott-
"Elliott participated in a showcase event through Kohl's Kicking Camps in December of his senior year — a very late stage in the traditional recruiting timetable — and received 10 calls from college coaches in the next week. He said he had preferred walk-on offers at several Big Ten schools. Memphis made a larger commitment, offering him a scholarship and an opportunity to play immediately."
Commercial Appeal (USA Today Network)
"Where the legend of Marquette King was born."
The New Yorker
On now NFL snapper Joe Cardona-
"Cardona really raised his profile this past summer by attending the Kohl's Kicking Academy in Whitewater, Wisconsin.
When the NFL scouts received the reports on Cardona out of Kohl's, they began to flock to Annapolis"
Capital Gazette
Kohl's Kicking and Punting Camps are the best in the country in helping their athletes gain maximum exposure to college coaches.
