Knipp has reinvented himself as both a snapper and an athlete. At the 2025 Kohl’s Spring Eastern Showcase, he finished tied for the 9th-highest charting score in the country. Knipp competed at the 2025 Kohl's National Scholarship Camp and had an average snap time of .68 seconds. Knipp displayed excellent athleticism during the Kohl's Eastern Showcase by running a 4.91-second 40-yard dash. Knipp is well on his way to being an elite snapper in the 2026 class.
