Sousa rips the cover off of the ball when he snaps it. At the 2026 Kohl’s Future Stars Camp, he turned a lot of heads due to his velocity and ability to stay on target. Sousa showed his dominance during the charting phase of camp by scoring on all 10 of his long snaps and put 6 of them through the target with an average snap time of .68 seconds. Sousa has long levers and tons of room to put on quality weight. He does a great job of keeping his hands fast yet under control. Sousa has the type of pop in his snap that just comes natural.
