Austin LaBellman participated in the January 2026 Kohl's Senior Showcase, where he graded out near the top of the event with a total of 116.51 points in punt charting, highlighted by a top ball traveling 52 yards with a hang time of 4.7 seconds. He flashed excellent potential in the live competition and hit some impressive punts during the final punt compeition. LaBellman recently punted at Kohl’s National Scholarship Camp in July of 2025. He scored 101.1 points during the three charting sessions held at camp. LaBellman showed the leg strength and overall talent needed to play in college. He demonstrated his skills at several camps, including a standout performance at the 2025 Kohl's Southern Spring Showcase, where he scored 116.32 points. His punting ability has been impressive, marked by a score of 101.63 points and a standout punt of 51 yards with 4.5 seconds of hang time at the Midwest Spring Showcase. With consistent performances and a focus on improving his field goal striking, he remains a promising combo athlete to watch. LaBellman's controlled operation, paired with strong leg talent, positions him as one of the top performers in his group.

Athlete Bio

I’m Austin LaBellman from Winter Park, FL. I’ve played soccer since I was 5 years old and continued to play throughout high school. Soccer was my primary focus for years, but I eventually started kicking and punting a football to try something new. Earlier this year, I realized how much I loved football and decided to make it my primary sport.

My dad, a former Alabama football punter, was a big influence in motivating me to give football a chance. Once I got serious about kicking and punting, I began training with Kohl’s coaches. It was challenging at first, but I dedicated myself to improving and have come a long way since then.

My goal now is to play football at the next level. I’m driven to work hard, constantly improve, and strive to create my own path while building on my dad’s legacy.
