Boerner participated in the 2025 Kohl's National Scholarship Invitational and delivered a solid showing. He converted on 12 field goals and posted a kickoff score of 93.65. His best kickoff reached 67 yards with 3.30 seconds of hang time, indicating clean ball striking. He is well positioned for a strong season ahead. Boerner attended the 2025 Kohl's Future Stars Camp. He successfully made 6 field goals and recorded a 90.60 kickoff score, with his best kickoff traveling 61 yards and 3.01 seconds of hang time. Boerner showcased consistency in his field goal striking and flashes of potential in his kickoff abilities. Continued focus on refining his technique and adding power to his kickoffs will help him reach the next level. Boerner recently attended the 2024 Kohl's Eastern Winter Showcase. He scored 6 points in the field goal charting and produced a score of 85.40 in the kickoff portion of camp. His biggest charted kickoff was 55 yards with 3.18 seconds of hang time. It was his first ranking event and he connected with some well struck footballs in the field goal drill work portion of camp.
