Stumpenhorst competed as a kicker/punter at Kohl’s National Scholarship Camp in July of 2025. He scored 95.19 points in punting, 103.77 points on kickoffs, and 22 points on his field goal charts. Stumpenhorst is a very good combo k/p who has a big senior season ahead of him this fall. Stumpenhorst also had a strong all-around performance at the 2025 Kohl's Midwest Spring Showcase. He charted an impressive 14 field goals and earned a solid kickoff score of 103.30, with his best ball traveling 73 yards with 3.50 seconds of hang time. He also stood out in the punt portion, finishing with a punt score of 104.15 and a best ball of 59 yards with 4.61 seconds of hang time. Stumpenhorst continues to prove himself as a well-rounded specialist with next level talent. Stumpenhorst had an excellent showing at the 2024 Kohl's National Scholarship Camp. It was his first ranking event and he looked excellent in all three disciplines at camp. His overall score on kickoffs was 97.92 and he had a combined 20 points in the field goal charting. His punting was impressive as well and he connected with some huge punts at camp, including a big ball of 53 yards with 4.34 seconds of hang time. His overall score at camp was 96.94. He moved well in space on his rollouts and he commanded his rotation well, his overall score in that portion of the camp was 19 points.
