Kohl's Comments

Daniel recently kicked and punted at Kohl’s National Scholarship Camp. He scored 20 points on field goals, 104.95 points on kickoffs, and 103.12 points on punts at the camp in July of 2025. Daniel showed the leg strength and overall consistency needed to play in college. Daniel also put together an outstanding performance at the 2025 Kohl's Southern Spring Showcase. He charted 12 field goals and displayed excellent command and consistency throughout the session. He also posted an elite kickoff score of 110.85, with his best kickoff traveling 73 yards with 3.75 seconds of hang time. In addition to his strong kicking, Daniel finished his punt session earning a 105.32 overall score with a best punt of 56 yards and 4.81 seconds of hang time. He continues to prove he is one of the top specialists in his class and has the leg talent to compete at a high level. Daniel competed at the 2025 Kohl's Future Stars Invitational. He had his best camp performance yet at the event. He scored 10 points in the field goal charting and produced a score of 106.00 in the kickoff charting, he also won the Day 1 kickoff competition for the 2026 class athletes. His overall punt score was 108.04 points. Daniel had his best showing to date at the 2024 Kohl's Southern Winter Showcase. He showed improved command of his "A" ball on field goals by 10 points in field goal charting and producing a score of 99.00 in the kickoff portion. His biggest charted kickoff was 65 yards with 3.69 seconds of hang time. In the punt portion of camp he scored 98.04 points and connected with several impressive punts including a big ball of 49 yards with 4.40 seconds of hang time.
