Kohl's Comments

Kowza recently attended the 2026 Kohl's National Underclassman Challenge. He impressed once again with his leg speed and his command of his ball striking. He scored 113.08 points in the kickoff charting and connected with a big ball of 76 yards with 3.81 seconds of hang time. He scored 16 points in the field goal charting and competed well in the competitions. Jonah Kowza, a 2027 graduate, participated in the 2025 Kohl's Eastern Winter Showcase, where he was one of the more reliable performers. He finished field goal charting with a total of 13 points and added 109.1 points in kickoff charting, achieving a best ball of 69 yards and 4 seconds. Kowza has shown significant improvement since the winter, demonstrating his college potential as a kicker. At the Kohl’s National Scholarship Camp in July 2025, he scored 31 points on field goals and 109.73 points on kickoffs, solidifying his status as a standout athlete. His performance at the 2025 Kohl's Future Stars Invitational further highlighted his skills, where he scored 8 points on field goals and achieved a kickoff score of 98.85.
