Kohl's Comments

Kowza attended Kohl’s National Scholarship Camp in July of 2025. At camp, he scored 31 points on field goals and 109.73 points on kickoffs. He has improved greatly since the winter and showed he has college potential as a kicker and is someone to watch during his junior season! Kowza also competed at the 2025 Kohl's Future Stars Invitational. He showed well on field goals once again by scoring 8 points in the charting portion of camp and he hit some well-struck footballs in the drill work/competition portions of the event. His overall score on kickoffs was 98.85 and if he can focus on raising his kickoff ability to the same level as his field goals the next 6 months, he will continue to develop as an excellent collegiate prospect. Kowza competed at the 2024 Kohl's Eastern Winter Showcase. He scored 7 points on field goals and earned a good kickoff score of 103.35. His big ball during the kickoff charting traveled 69 yards with a hang time of 3.66 seconds. Kowza showcased his impressive leg strength and ability, positioning himself as one of the top performers of his class.
