John Girard’s performance during the 2025 Kohl's Western Winter Showcase demonstrated a good balance of power and control. He totaled 13 points on field goals and 106 in kickoff charting, highlighted by a best kickoff of 71 yards and 3.7 seconds of hang time. At the Kohl's National Scholarship Camp, he scored 99.4 points on kickoffs and 8 points on field goals, showcasing impressive leg strength with a standout kickoff of 76 yards and 3.4 seconds of hang time. Additionally, Girard delivered a solid field goal performance with 11 successful kicks at the 2025 Kohl's Western Spring Showcase. Overall, he has shown advanced talent and potential as a well-rounded specialist, with room to grow through focused weight training in the coming seasons. Competing with assurance, he demonstrated the work ethic needed to continue improving. Girard had a solid overall showing at the 2024 Kohl's Western Winter Showcase. He competed in all three disciplines and flashed excellent potential in each. He scored 95.89 points in the kickoff portion and connected with 9 points in the field goal charting. During the punting portion of camp he scored 87.14 points and charted a big ball of 47 yards with 4.37 seconds of hang time. Girard came out to the 2024 Kohl's Western Spring Showcase in May. He competed as a kicker during his first ranking event, scoring 5 points on field goals and 91.75 points on kickoffs. His "A" ball on both field goals and kickoffs are solid. Girard's biggest kickoff was a 59-yard kickoff with 3.34 seconds of hang time. Girard can focus on weight training over the next few seasons.
