He earned a total of 109.0 points in punt charting, with his longest kick reaching 56 yards and a hang time of 4.6 seconds. Consistently recognized as one of the top punters in the country, he previously won the punt competition at the 2026 Kohl's National Underclassman Challenge, scoring 114.1 points overall. His technical proficiency and quick operation were also evident at the 2025 Texas Spring Showcase, where he posted 117.9 points. Gillentine's ability to turn the ball over with ease and execute his "A" ball further solidify his status as a standout in the 2027 class. He's shown next-level traits throughout his events, proving his position as one of the elite punters in his class.
