Kohl's Comments

Proud competed at the 2025 Kohl's National Scholarship Invitational. He scored 88.99 in the punt portion of camp and made 15 field goals during the field goal charting. He also posted a 99.37 kickoff score, showing off clean contact throughout the event. Proud has the tools and consistency to have a great upcoming season. Proud attended the 2025 Kohl's Eastern Spring Showcase. He made five field goals during the charting portion and earned a 103.95 overall score on kickoffs, with his best ball traveling 72 yards and 3.38 seconds of hang time. As a punter, he earned a score of 84.31 and hitting a standout punt of 46 yards with 3.77 seconds of hang time. His versatility and consistent ball-striking make him a strong prospect. Proud competed at the 2024 Kohl's National Scholarship Camp. He had another strong overall performance and he charted in all three disciplines. He scored 14 points in the field goal charting and produced an overall score of 91.85 in the kickoff portion of camp. His biggest charted punt at camp was 41 yards with 4.53 seconds of hang time. He can contintue to put emphasis on becoming smoother with the release of his drop, that should increase the command of his "A" ball and help his punting to continue to improve. Proud attended his first ranking event, the 2024 Kohl's Eastern Spring Showcase. He showed excellent "pop" and ball striking skills throughout the event. His overall score on kickoffs was 93.45 which included a big ball of 62 yards with 3.32 seconds of hang time. He scored 10 points in the field goal charting and was confident with his ball striking during the drill work portion of camp.
