While at the Kohl’s National Scholarship Camp, Rough snapped with control and tight ball rotation. He was consistently around the target during the charting phase of camp and finished with an average snap time of .73 seconds. Rough will continue to improve as he stays consistent with his setup and stays aggressive with his hands on his follow-through.
