Kohl's Comments

Welch recently competed at the 2023 Kohl's Future Stars Invitational. He charted some impressive kicks in all three disciplines at the event. He scored 7 points in the field goal charting, connected on a big ball of 66 yards with 3.33 seconds of hang time in kickoffs and charted several 45+ yard punts. His biggest punt at camp was 45 yards with 3.88 seconds of hang time. Welch competed in a December 2022 Showcase. He scored 11 points on field goals, 94.65 points on kick-offs, and 89.79 points on punts during the charting phase of camp. He has the tools needed to develop into a very good player. Welch also competed at the Kohl’s National Scholarship Camp in July of 2022.
