    Bumstead had his best showing to date at the 2025 Kohl's National Scholarship Camp. He scored 93.72 points in the charting portion of camp and was able to display increased command of his drop and his ball striking. His biggest charted punt was 41 yards with 4.65 seconds of hang time. Bumstead competed at the 2025 Kohl's Future Stars Camp and showcased his potential as a developing punter. He earned a punt score of 83.51, with his best ball reaching 40 yards and a hang time of 3.46 seconds. As a young specialist, Bumstead's progress in the coming seasons will be important, with a focus on refining his consistency and power in order to reach his full potential.
