Benevento showed improvement in both is leg strength and command at his most recent event, the 2025 Kohl's National Scholarship Camp. He scored 16 points in the field goal charting and produced a kickoff score of 90.64 points. His biggest charted kickoff at camp was 59 yards with 3.55 seconds of hang time. Benevento participated in the 2025 Kohl's Eastern Spring Showcase. He made 1 field goal during the charting session and earned a kickoff score of 88.85. His best kickoff traveled 58 yards with 3.00 seconds of hang time.
