Bottoms recently kicked and punted at Kohl’s National Scholarship Camp. He scored 21 points on field goals, 104.37 points on kickoffs, and 97.9 points on punts at the camp in July of 2025. Bottoms showed the leg strength and overall consistency needed to play in college. Bottoms also competed at the 2025 Kohl’s Southern Spring Showcase. He made 11 field goals and earned an impressive kickoff score of 111.30. His best kickoff traveled 76 yards with 3.84 seconds of hang time. On punts, he recorded a strong score of 100.77, with a standout punt traveling 52 yards and a hang time of 4.17 seconds. Bottoms showed excellent power and consistency across all phases, highlighting his high-level ability and strong potential. He was also able to Win the Last Man Standing Field Goal Competition. Bottoms competed at Kohl's National Scholarship Camp in July of 2024. He scored 20/36 points on field goals, 101.2 points on kickoffs, and 84.95 points in punting. Bottoms also competed at the 2024 Kohl's Southern Showcase Camp in May. He graded out as a 4-star kicker and punter at his first ranking event. Bottoms scored 6 points on field goal charting and has good rotation on his clean kicks. Bottoms scored 99.65 points on kickoff charting with a big ball of 62 yards and 3.85 seconds of hang time. He showed good leg strength as every kickoff he charted traveled 62 yards or more. Bottoms scored 90.20 points on punt charting and 2 points on roll-outs. His best punt was a 41-yard punt with 4.10 seconds of hang time. Bottoms is more of a natural kicker but continued refinement on his drop will help Bottoms blossom into an exciting college prospect in the class of 2026!
