Kohl's Comments

McCoy’s last event was Kohl’s National Scholarship Camp in July of 2025. He competed in both kicking and punting. He scored 17 points on field goals, 105.12 points on kickoffs, and 95.35 points in punting at the event. McCoy graded out as a college prospect at the event and should attract college interest this fall/winter. McCoy also competed at the 2025 Kohl's National Underclassman Challenge. He flashed solid potential in all three disciplines. He scored 102.61 combined points in the punt charting and hit some excellent punts at camp. His overall score on field goals was 5 points and his kickoff score was 98.88 points. McCoy had an impressive showing at his first ranking event, the 2024 Kohl's Texas Winter Showcase. He showed well in all three disciplines and had a great overall showing. He scored 10 points in the field goal charting and produced a score of 103.90 in the kickoff portion of camp. His overall score in punting was 100.75 which includes a big ball of 59 yards with 3.95 seconds of hang time.
