Kohl's Comments

Eccles competed at Kohl's National Scholarship Camp in July of 2024. He scored 96.04 points in punting at the event. He also scored 14/36 points on field goals and 97.98 points on kickoffs at camp. Eccles came out to the 2024 Kohl's Midwest Showcase Camp in May. He scored 4 points on field goals, 94.15 points on kickoffs, and 97.75 points on punt charting. His leg strength has improved over the last few months as he has worked hard on his strength training. Eccles connected on a big punt of 45 yards with 4.30 seconds of hang time. His biggest kickoff traveled 62 yards with 3.23 seconds of hang time. Continued efforts on consistent ball striking can help Eccles blossom into an exciting combo athlete and a college prospect in the class of 2025. Eccles recently showcased his talents at the 2023 Kohl's National Scholarship Showcase. He scored 11 points on the field goal charting. In the kickoff charting, Eccles achieved an overall score of 93.33, with his longest kick reaching 63 yards and a hang time of 3.42 seconds. During the punting section, he ended with an overall score of 82.85, and his biggest punt covered 35 yards with an outstanding hang time of 4.26 seconds. Eccles has made nice progress and moved into the 4.5-star level as a punter and has a big senior season ahead of him!
