Smith came out to the 2025 Kohl's Southern Showcase Camp in May. Once again, he showcased above-average leg speed and good control of his mechanics. Smith scored 8 points on field goals and 97.20 on kickoffs. His best kickoff traveled 67 yards with 3.07 seconds of hang time. Smith has impressive leg strength for a younger athlete. Smith recently attended the 2025 Kohl's Future Stars Invitational. He once again displayed a strong leg and good "pop" on his attempts. His overall score on kickoffs was 96.70 points which includes a big ball of 65 yards with 3.49 seconds of hang time. He scored 2 points in the field goal charting and was able to connect with some great kicks during the drill work and competition portions of camp. Smith competed at the 2024 Kohl's Southern Winter Showcase and displayed promise as a young athlete with potential. He earned a 94.25 overall kickoff score, with his best ball traveling 61 yards and hanging for 3.36 seconds. With focused training, he has the opportunity to take his skills to the next level over the next few years. Smith attended the 2024 Kohl's Fall Ranking Event in Texas. He had another solid showing for a younger athlete. Smith scored 4 points on field goals and 88.75 points on kickoffs. His leg strength has improved over the last few months. His best kickoff traveled 58 yards with 3.19 seconds of hang time. Smith's progress over the last few months is exciting.
