For years, Hall has been one of the most consistent snappers in the country regardless of class. He competed at the Kohl’s Underclassman Challenge and finished the charting phase of camp with an average snap time of .69 seconds and tied for the 8th-highest charting score. The ball jumps off his hands with tight rotation on each snap. Hall has a big, long frame that he uses very well in his snapping motion. I can’t wait to see him reach his full potential and compete to be one of the best in the country.
