Kohl's Comments
Hynds competed at the 2025 Kohl’s National Scholarship Invitational and had a solid showing in the punt portion of camp. He earned an overall punt score of 82.32, with his best ball traveling 39 yards with 3.53 seconds of hang time. He has shown promising ability and should be ready for a good season ahead. Hynds came out to the 2025 Kohl's Midwest Showcase Camp in May. He scored 70.71 points on punt charting. His best ball traveled 40 yards with 3.62 seconds of hang time. Hard work on his drop and ball striking will help Hynds elevate his talents. Hynds recently competed at the 2024 Kohl’s National Scholarship Camp, where he had a good showing for his first ranking event. Hynds finished by earning an overall punt score of 76.37. He showed good command of his big ball which measured a distance of 43 yards with a hang time of 3.14 seconds. Continued focus on his ball striking consistency will help him going forward in his next two seasons.Uploaded Videos
Athlete Bio
My name is Nathan Hynds. I am a student-athlete from Sioux City, Iowa attending Sioux City North High School. During the 2024 football season, I was fortunate to be a varsity letter winner. I am also a multi-sport athlete participating in both baseball and football. I have been around sports ever since I was a child and it's my dream to one day play collegiate football. I can't wait for these opportunities to take me places I never thought possible.
