At the 2026 Kohl’s National Scholarship Camp, Berwald snapped with the accuracy and power of a top prospect in the 2027 class. He does a great job of staying fast with his hands throughout his entire snapping motion. At the 2026 Kohl's National Scholarship Camp, Berwald scored on 18 of his 20 charted long snaps, even with an injury to his thumb. At the Kohl's Spring Showcase, he ran a 4.75-second 40-yard dash. He is a polished snapper and a special athlete in the 2027 class.
