Kohl's Comments

Rodriguez competed at Kohl's Underclassman Challenge in January of 2024. He showed well in the competition phase of camp and scored 106.15 points in punting, 113.5 points on kick offs and 17 points on field goals. Rodriguez is a D1 kicker with an ability to punt at a high level. At the National Scholarship Camp in July of 2023 he scored 32 points on field goals, 104.05 points on kick-offs, and 101.14 points on punts. He proved he is one of the top kickers in the country and looked great in the field goal competition at the end of camp! At the Southern Showcase in May of 2023, he was dominant in the drill work phase of camp and also charted well on field goals and kick-offs. He scored 13 of 15 points on field goals and 111.5 points on kick-offs. Rodriguez also graded out as a 4-star punter at the event. Rodriguez has the leg talent to be a college kicker and it will be exciting to see his development in the coming months. He should be able to compete with anyone in the 2025 class!
