Madden had his best showing to date at the 2026 Kohl's National Underclassman Challenge. He flashed one of the most powerful legs in the country at camp. His charting and competition punts were impressive and he is quickly developing into one of the top prospects in his class. His overall score 112.28 with his biggest charted punt being 54 yards with 4.95 seconds of hang time. Jakob Madden demonstrated consistent form and mechanics throughout the 2025 Kohl's Southern Winter Showcase, scoring 102.36 overall points during punt charting, which included a top hit of 46 yards and a hang time of 4.6 seconds. He recently showcased his skills at the 2025 Kohl's National Scholarship Camp, where he improved his command of the "A" ball and increased leg strength, achieving an impressive overall punt score of 99.84 points. Additionally, he performed well at the 2025 Kohl's Future Stars Invitational, scoring 89.01 and charting a notable 48-yard punt with a hang time of 4.3 seconds.
