Kohl's Comments

Ference competed at the 2024 Kohl's National Underclassman Challenge. He showed improvement with his command of his ball striking in both field goals and kickoffs. He scored a combined 8 points in the field goal charting and had an overall score of 98.45 in the kickoff charting. His punting was again his strength and his overall score was 99.58. His biggest charted punt at camp was 54 yards with 4.18 seconds of hang time. Ference competed at a 2023 Showcase Camp in December. He scored 7 points on field goals, 89.55 points on kick offs, and 101.56 points in punting. His best punt was a 47 yard ball with 3.91 seconds of hang-time. His performance in the drill work phase of camp showed he belonged to be rated as a 4.5-star player as a punter.
