Kohl's Comments

Apgar recently competed at the 2024 May Midwest Showcase Camp. He scored 11/15 points on field goals and 116.55 points on kickoffs. Apgar has a D1 leg and will be someone to watch this summer and fall. At the 2023 National Scholarship Camp he scored 30/36 points on field goals and 105.62 points on his kickoffs. His improvement was noticeable and he is trending upward! At Kohl's Midwest Spring Showcase Camp, he had a strong showing for his first ranking event and was able to compete in all three disciplines. He showed excellent leg speed in the kickoff charting where he connected with a big ball of 66 yards 3.80 seconds of hang. In the field goal portion of camp he scored 6 points and followed that up with consistent ball striking in the drill work portion of camp. In the punting phase of camp, he charted a big ball of 43 yards with 3.03 seconds of hang time and was able to flash excellent potential during the drill work portion of camp as a punter.
