Gruszcynski participated in the 2025 Kohl's Southern Spring Showcase. He had a strong performance on field goals by making 12 charted kicks during the event. He also scored an impressive 104.30 on kickoffs, with his best ball traveling 66 yards and registering a 3.94-second hang time.
