Gladden attended the 2026 Kohl’s Future Stars Camp and snapped well the entire weekend. He displayed improved consistency with his accuracy and ball rotation. Gladden finished the charting phase of camp with an average snap time of .76 seconds and scored on 9 of his 10 total long snaps. With continued focus on pulling his elbows on his initial movement and staying under control with his finish, will help Gladden make the necessary adjustments.Academics
