Overbey came out to the 2024 Kohl's Midwest Showcase Camp in May. He performed well, scoring 7 points on field goals and 101.60 points on kickoffs. Overbey smashed multiple kickoffs of 66-yards or more. His leg strength has grown over the last few months. Overbey is growing into an exciting prospect in the class of 2026. Overbey recently competed at the 2023 Kohl's National Scholarship Camp. He once again displayed advanced ball striking skills and a quick leg at the event. He scored a combined total of 19 points and connected with a big ball of 62 yards with 3.98 seconds of hang time in his kickoff charting. Overbey competed at the 2023 Kohl's Midwest Spring Showcase. He displayed one of the more explosive kickoff legs in the class of 2026. He was impressive with his ball command and his leg strength was excellent.
