Athlete Bio
My name is Evan Curtis, a Class of 2027 Varsity kicker at Hill-Murray High School in Maplewood, Minnesota. I am a multi-sport athlete (football, hockey, soccer) who prides myself on being disciplined, coachable, and reliable under pressure. My kicking training focuses on power, control, directional accuracy and consistency in placekicking and kickoffs. This past summer I earned a 4.5-star rating and #83 national ranking at the Kohl's National Scholarship Camp in Gatlinburg, TN. Off the field, I hold a 3.86 GPA.
Sports help me focus so that I can perform my best in the classroom, but my academics have always been my top priority. I value leadership and the importance of good character and believe in setting a good example even when others aren't watching. My goal is to bring the same energy, commitment and reliability to a college football program that I bring to my teammates and coaches every day. I am excited to continue developing as a kicker and as a leader and look forward to the opportunity to compete at the next level.
