Kinney recently competed at a 2024 December Showcase he scored 11/15 points on field goals and 107.15 points on kickoffs. Kinney has high-level college potential and has shown well at multiple events. At the Underclassman Challenge, he tied for a win in a field goal competition. Kinney also scored 9 points on field goals and 116.3 points on kickoffs. At a December 2023 Showcase Camp, he scored 11 points on field goals and 107.3 points on kickoffs. He earned an invite to the Underclassman Challenge in January with his strong performance at camp. His best-charted kickoff traveled 68 yards and had 3.96 seconds of hang-time. Kinney was impressive at the 2023 Kohl's National Scholarship Camp. The ball was jumping off his foot during the kickoff portion of camp where he scored 105.43 including a big ball of 68 yards with 3.95 seconds of hang time. His overall score on field goals was 23 points and he charted some impressive "A" balls at camp that had great lift and controlled rotation. Kinney is one of the top remaining 2025 players!
