Kohl's Comments

Kinney competed at the Underclassman Challenge and tied for a win in a field goal competition. Kinney also scored 9 points on field goals and 116.3 points on kick offs. At a December 2023 Showcase Camp, he scored 11 points on field goals and 107.3 points on kick offs. He earned an invite to the Underclassman Challenge in January with his strong performance at camp. His best charted kick off traveled 68 yards and had 3.96 seconds of hang-time. Kinney was impressive at the 2023 Kohl's National Scholarship Camp. The ball was jumping off his foot during the kickoff portion of camp where he scored 105.43 including a big ball of 68 yards with 3.95 seconds of hang time. His overall score on field goals was 23 points and he charted some impressive "A" balls at camp that had great lift and controlled rotation. He is in a great spot to have a tremendous 2024!
