Carson attends Marion Local High School, which currently holds the OHSAA record for state football titles, by any school, after securing their 14th title in 2023. The Flyers are a small but mighty powerhouse and have been ranked in the top 10 nationally by MaxPreps in the Small School Division for the past several years. The ML Flyers currently hold the longest active winning streak in the Nation (any division) at 48 games. Carson finished his regular season play as the leading points scorer (kicker) in the Midwest Athletic Conference (MAC) for two straight years, earning an Honorable Mention (2022) and 1st Team All Conference (2023). Carson was named the 1st Team All Ohio Kicker in DVII and wrapped up in playoff season with 100% PAT & FG success (2023). In addition to kicking, Carson saw the field in the cornerback role. Carson is a member of the track team, plays basketball in the Christian Youth Organization and participates in many high school clubs. Carson continues to fine tune his technique via private lessons with Coach Wellmann, a Kohl’s Senior Coach and Adam Tanalski with HKA.
