Kohl's Comments

Deering recently competed at the 2023 Kohl's National Scholarship Camp. He showed improved command of his "A' ball and was able to connect with some great kicks at camp. He scored a combined 15 points in the field goal charting and connected with a big ball 60 yards with 3.80 seconds of hang time. Deering participated in the 2023 Kohl's Southern Spring Showcase. He had a great showing with his field goal charting score of 8 points. He consistently kicked beyond the 60-yard mark, showcasing his best kick at 62 yards with 3.66 seconds of hang time. Deering finished his kickoff portion with a score of 98.65. He has great potential if he can continue to increase his leg strength and keep the consistency of his ball striking.
