Kohl's Comments

Ahring competed well at the 2024 Kohl's National Underclassman Challenge. He showed drastic improvement with the command of his drop and scored a combined total of 100.83 in the punt chartings. His biggest charted punt was 50 yards with 4.40 seconds of hang time. He scored a combined 9 points in the field goal charting and had a kickoff score of 106.83. Ahring had an excellent showing at the 2023 Kohl's Texas Fall Ranking Event. He impressed with his leg strength and his overall technique. He showcased collegiate ability to be a combo prospect. He was dominant on field goals where he scored 13/15 points. He scored 109.30 on kickoffs which includes his big ball of 73 yards with 3.68 seconds of hang time.
