Kohl's Comments

Ackerman had a solid showing at the 2024 Kohl's National Underclassman Challenge. He showed improvement with his command of his ball/foot contact and displayed increased leg strength. He scored 6 points in the field goal charting and was impressive during the kickoff portion of camp where he posted a combined score of 107.35. His biggest charted kickoff at camp was 77 yards with 3.60 seconds of hang time. His punting has improved as well and he scored a 96.70 during the two combined punt charting sessions. Ackerman scored 5 points on field goals,112.45 points on kick offs, and 93.6 points on punts at a December Showcase. His biggest kick off traveled 76 yards and had 3.71 seconds of hang-time. His best punt went 46 yards and had 4.5 seconds of hang-time.
