At the Kohl’s 2024 Winter Midwest Showcase, Gross snapped a smooth ball and was around the target throughout the day. He has impressive power on his snaps and will see his accuracy continue to dial in with refinement to his mechanics. Gross finished the charting phase with an average snap time of .7 seconds. Gross has the explosive ability to achieve the snap time he wants and by staying under control with his hands he will see his accuracy continue to improve.
