Kohl's Comments

Hammond competed at the 2025 Kohl's Midwest Showcase Camp in May. He performed well and earned another star. Hammond scored 7 points on field goals and showcased increased field goal technique. Hammond scored 91.50 points on kickoffs with a big ball of 58 yards with 3.40 seconds of hang time. Efforts focused on weight training paired with minor technical refinements will keep Hammond on this upward trajectory. Hammond competed at his first ranking event at the 2024 Kohl's Midwest Showcase Camp in December. He scored 1 point on field goal charting but was able to connect on a few good balls during the drill work portion of camp. Hammond scored 88.95 points on kickoff charting with a big ball of 57 yards with 3.34 seconds of hang time. Hammond has good leg speed for a younger athlete. Development in the weight room paired with a focus on his technique will help Hammond burst onto the scene in the class of 2028.
