Podwika came out to the 2024 Kohl's Western Spring Showcase in May. He competed as a kicker and scored 3 points on field goals and 94.80 points on kickoffs. Podwika showed his above-average leg speed, connecting on multiple kickoffs that traveled 62 yards or more. His big ball was a 63-yard kickoff with 3.28 seconds of hang time. Paired with his leg strength, focus on technical refinements will allow Podwika to blossom into an exciting prospect in the 2026 class. Podwika recently competed at the 2023 Kohl's Western Winter Showcase. He had a good showing for a young athlete at this first ranking event, demonstrating good ball rotation on his field goal session slotting 7 points. During the kickoff charting, his big ball measured 60 yards with a hang time of 2.78 seconds. Powika ended the punting session with an overall score of 85.02. Podwika will benefit greatly by focusing his offseason on building his leg strength. It will be fun to watch his development over the next two years.
