Kohl's Comments

Rangel recently attended the 2026 Kohl's National Scholarship Camp. In the charting he was able to complete, he showed strong ball striking skills and confidence with his technique. His biggest charted kickoff was 66 yards with 3.59 seconds of hang time and in the two sessions of field goal charting he produced 13 points. At the 2026 Kohl's Texas Spring Showcase, Andrew Rangel demonstrated he is building the tools needed to compete at a higher level and continues to progress. He recorded 5 points in field goal charting and 96.8 in kickoff charting, where his best kick traveled 63 yards with 3.4 seconds of hang time. Recently, he excelled at the 2026 Kohl's Spring Texas Ranking Event, earning a kickoff score of 98.6 points with a standout 70-yard kick. Rangel also performed well at the 2025 Kohl’s Texas Winter Showcase, making 5 field goals and achieving a kickoff score of 90.2. His strong performance continued at the 2025 Kohl's National Scholarship Invitational, where he successfully made 15 field goals and finished with a kickoff score of 85.5. Overall, he displayed a strong effort throughout these events and continues to make encouraging strides in refining his mechanics.
