Kohl's Comments

Rangel recently attended the 2026 Kohl's Spring Texas Ranking Event. He displayed improved leg strength and was sharp once again in the drill work and charting portions of camp. His overall score on kickoffs was 98.55 points with a big ball of 70 yards with 3.11 seconds of hang time. He scored 5 points in the field goal charting and had impressive command of his ball striking in some windy conditions. Rangel competed at the 2025 Kohl’s Texas Winter Showcase. He made 5 field goals during the charting portion and showed steady, repeatable mechanics throughout the event. He earned a 90.20 on his kickoff charting, with his best ball traveling 57 yards with 3.46 seconds of hang time. With continued emphasis on maintaining ball height and consistent contact, he can continue to build on this performance. Rangel competed at the 2025 Kohl's National Scholarship Invitational and had a strong showing by making 15 field goals. He finished with a kickoff score of 85.47.
