Kohl's Comments

Arenas continued to show his ability to compete with others in his class during the 2023 Underclassman Challenge. He scored 16 points on field goals and 107.40 points on kick-offs. At Kohl's Texas Winter Showcase, he finished with 10 points throughout the field goal charting session and displayed good power during the kickoff charting, his best of the camp being 68 yards with 3.86 seconds of hang time. If Arenas can continue to progress at this rate, he will be a highly sought after prospect in the 2024 class. Arenas attended his first Kohl's ranking event in October of 2022 in Dallas, Texas. He was very impressive during both the kicking and punting portions of camp. He scored 10 points on field goals, was able to hit a 65-yard, 3.9 second hang time kickoff, and averaged 40+ yards on punts. Arenas has great natural ability and we expect big things over the upcoming year because he has proven to be in the mix with the best in the country.
