    Kohl's Comments

Hess came out to the 2024 Kohl's Future Stars Camp in January. He performed well despite cold and windy conditions. Hess scored 7 points on field goal charting. His "A" ball is struck with confidence. Hess scored 88.85 points on kickoffs with a big ball of 58 yards with 3.23 seconds of hang time. Efforts focused on technical refinements and leg strength and speed will help Hess have a big offseason. Hess recently competed at the 2023 Kohl's Eastern Winter Showcase. During the kickoff charting, Hess ended with an overall score of 89.75, with his big ball measuring a distance of 58 yards with a hang time of 3.28 seconds. On the punt charting, his standout ball reached a distance of 38 yards with a hang time of 3.99 seconds. With continued focus on his ball striking consistency, Hess should take that next step in his development as a specialist.
