Boyd recently attended his first ranking event, the 2023 Kohl's Eastern Winter Showcase. He had a solid showing at camp and was able to connect with some great kicks. He scored 6 points in the field goal charting and connected with a big ball of 59 yards with 3.39 seconds of hang time in the kickoff charting. He has a quick leg and solid technique.
