McLaughlin snapped with command of his snapping motion at the 2025 Kohl’s National Scholarship Camp. He posted a 0.7-second average snap time and scored on his first 12 long snaps in a row. McLaughlin is tall with long levers and uses them very well to create his fast snap times. At a Kohl’s Showcase Camp, Mclaughlin ran a 4.72-second 40-yard dash. He has the intangibles you can't teach and the drive needed to become a top-tier snapper in the 2026 class.
