Mahar recently competed at the 2024 Kohl's National Scholarship Camp. He scored 10 field goals and achieved an overall kickoff score of 90.80, with a big ball measuring 63 yards and 3.43 seconds hang time. Mahar has the tools necessary to play at the next level with continued focus and strength building. Mahar also competed at the 2024 Kohl´s Southern Spring Showcase. Here he earned his 4.5-star rating as a kicker. He was able to put up 9 points on the field goal session. During the kickoff charting, Mahar finished with an overall score of 98.80. He was able to connect with his big ball to a distance of 66 yards with a hang time of 3.43 seconds. Mahar had a punt that reached 41 yards with a hang time of 3.51 seconds. Mahar is a prospect to watch this upcoming season.
