Kohl's Comments

Kantz came out to the 2024 Kohl's National Scholarship Camp. He scored 13 points on field goals and 98.68 points on kickoff charting. His best kickoff was a 67-yard ball with 3.42 seconds of hang time. Kantz showcased improved field goal mechanics and command of his "A" ball. Continued efforts on technical refinements will keep Kantz on an upward path. Kantz recently competed at the 2024 Kohl's Future Stars Event. He put up 2 points during the field goal session. Kantz finished with an overall score of 96.85 on the kickoff charting, with his big ball measuring a distance of 65 yards with a hang time of 3.24 seconds. During the punt charting, Kantz was able to get a hold of his standout ball that measured a distance of 38 yards with a hang time of 3.96 seconds. Kantz has put himself in a good position to continue to get better with his work ethic, these next two years are some big years for him. Kantz also competed at the 2023 Kohl's Eastern Winter Showcase. Kantz showed that he had some advanced leg speed for a young athlete at his first ranking event. He was able to score 4 points on the field goals. During the kickoff charting, Kantz had an overall score of 100.10, with a majority of his balls being 60+ yards. His standout kick measured out to 66 yards with a hang time of 3.51 seconds. During the punt charting his big ball measured 44 yards with a hang time of 4.08 seconds. Kantz has a lot of potential as a young athlete, it will be fun to watch him keep developing these next two years!
