Rodriguez recently competed at the 2025 Kohl's National Scholarship Camp. It was his first ranking event and he competed well in the punt portion of camp. He catches the ball well and does a good job creating consistency with his drop. He scored 90.84 points in the punt charting and produced a big ball of 50 yards with 3.84 seconds of hang time. Rodriguez competed at the 2025 Kohl's Texas Spring Showcase and showing his improvement as a punter. He earned a punt score of 96.64, displaying consistency and control throughout the event. His standout punt traveled 50 yards with a 3.86-second hang time, showing his ability to combine distance and hang time effectively. With continued refinement, Rodriguez has the tools to continue to grow as a punter. Rodriguez also competed at the 2024 Kohl's Texas Spring Showcase. He showed improved command of his "A" ball and he's increased his leg strength as well. His biggest charted punt was 44 yards with 3.41 seconds of hang time. He showed control of his drop during the roll-out portion of camp as well and was comfortable moving in space with the ball. Rodriguez competed at the 2023 Kohl's Texas Winter Showcase.
