Celaj had a strong showing at the 2024 Kohl's Future Stars Event. Celaj put up 6 points on the field goal session. He finished the kickoff charting with an overall score of 96.95. He was able to flash his leg strength sending a number of his balls 60+ yards. His standout ball he really found great contact sending it a distance of 64 yards with a hang time of 3.30 seconds. Celaj battled the cold conditions and still had a great performance. He has set himself up for a great next two years. Celaj also competed at the 2023 Kohl’s Midwest Winter Showcase. He continued to show off his great command of the football on his field goal session putting up 8 points. During the kickoff charting, he showed his advanced leg speed while connecting with his big ball of 62 yards with a hang time of 3.33 seconds. Celaj had a strong showing at the 2023 Kohl's National Scholarship Camp. His field goal striking is excellent, and he scored 23 points at camp. His leg strength is solid and if he can get his kickoffs to the same level as his field goals, he will move up into the 4.5 range. His biggest charted kickoff at camp was 61 yards with 3.28 seconds of hang time. Celaj competed at the 2023 Kohl's Midwest Spring Showcase Camp. He has worked hard this winter and spring on his technique and fundamentals, and he had another strong showing at camp. He scored 5 points in the field goal charting and was able to connect with some impressive kicks during the drill work portion of camp. Celaj has a lot of potential for a young prospect, we are excited to see what he can do over the next two years.
