Portillo has shown that he has what it takes to snap a clean and consistent call. He recently attended the Kohl’s National Scholarship Camp and was on target throughout the day. Portillo has solid fundamentals which allow him to be consistent with his snapping motion. Keeping his smooth mechanics along with staying fast with his hands will help Portillo continue to lower his snap times.
