Black attended the 2025 Kohl’s Southern Spring Showcase and showed solid ability in the kicking portion of camp. He made 7 field goals during the charting session and posted a 91.55 overall score on kickoffs, with his best ball traveling 60 yards with 3.22 seconds of hang time. Continued work on adding power and consistency will help Black take the next step in his development. Black competed at the 2024 Kohl's Southern Showcase Camp in May. He shined brightest on field goals scoring 7 points. His "A" ball gets great lift and rotation. Black scored 91.55 points on kickoff charting with a big ball of 60 yards and 3.28 seconds of hang time. Black connected on multiple kickoffs of 60 yards or more. Continued efforts focused on leg strength and speed will help Black grow as a prospect.
